Simple and sweet this healthy banana and peanut butter milkshake has it all! Most importantly it only has 4 ingredients and takes not time at all to whip up!
Spring is finally arriving here in the UK so I decided to create something that you can drink in the warmer weather! I love spring because it means summer will be on it way soon! I can’t wait for school to finally be over and I can enjoy all my free time. However, I do have exams and work to go through first. But, the idea of summer is keeping me going!
This recipe is so simple, it only requires 4 ingredients so you don’t have to worry about running out to by anything fancy. All you need it a blender, I love my Nutri Ninja Blender, and your ingredients. You could even make this milkshake ahead of time and keep it in the fridge for later!
When you make this try and make sure your bananas are nice and ripe. This ensures they will be sweet and delicious and therefore means we don’t have to add any added sweetness!
For peanut butter I am obsessed with this Whole Earth Smooth Peanut Butter. It is great as it really does contain all natural ingredients so you know what your using is healthy.
If your not aware already from my Instagram, I am a massive peanut butter lover. I will use it on anything. One of my favourite possible combinations it banana and peanut butter, and so this healthy banana and peanut butter milkshake was born! I don’t know what it is about the combination but I just love it!
