There are a few mug cake recipes on my blog now, however this one definitely pushes the boat out as one of my favourites! I am obsessed with peanut butter and when you add chocolate it just makes it even more AMAZING! Also the chocolate melts slightly in the microwave so you end up with a peanut buttery, chocolate, gooey mess!

At the moment my head feels like it is going to explode, I am in the middle of preparing for some mock exams and have so much to do! So I apologise for being slightly inactive. But if there is one thing I love to do to relieve my stress its baking! So I hope I will still be able to make some delicious recipes. However, once my exams are I have about 3 weeks where I can do as much baking and creating as possible! So lots of delicious yummy vegan food will be coming your way soon.

Peanut butter also has some great health benefits (although too much can be bad for you!) Peanut butter is loaded with healthy fats, protein and magnesium. If you use dark chocolate in this cake that also provides you with some magnesium and help stimulate brain function.

So you can definitely enjoy this cake and not feel bad! You could even make a few of these to share around with friends – to spread the peanut butter love and the positive vegan message!

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Place in a microwave safe bowl and place in the microwave for 45-60 seconds until it springs back. If it is still raw place back in the microwave for 15 second intervals
