I eat oatmeal everyday day for breakfast and never get sick of it. I realised I have never shared a oatmeal recipe with you, so I had to change that!

One of the things that is great about all the oatmeal recipes is that they are so versatile! You can swap in any fruits you want and also add in any different toppings, nuts or sweeteners!

Vegan chocolate oatmeal

Two of the toppings I absolutely adore on my oatmeal is chia seeds and flax seeds, I use them everyday day! I love using chia seeds as they are a great source of omega- 3 and protein. I also love how they don’t really have a taste so you can use them in nearly any meal!

Flax seeds are also a great source of omega -3, protein, fiber and much more! I love to add these two topping to my porridge and mix it all in. This way you don’t even notice them and they provide so many benefits. However, if you don’t have these toppings don’t worry, you can still add plenty of fruit and it will be just as amazing!

Vegan chocolate oatmeal

Banana is one of my favourite things to add to this oatmeal. I love the combination of chocolate and banana and think it is simply the best! However strawberries are also amazing, and one of my favourite fruits!

Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a microwave safe bowl and stir. Place in a microwave for 2-2 1/2 minutes until all combined. You could also heat in a pan on medium heat for around 5 minutes.
  2. Serve with your favourite toppings!
